There are some cases where SM Agreement Billings don't get emailed to the AR Customer. Currently that is how all SM Agreement bills default if the delivery method is setup as E-Email. If the SM Customer is setup to email to the Service Site or Other, the SM Agreement Billing needs to go there as well. I think this would be accomplished by putting an Invoice Delivery Option on the SM Agreement for AR Customer, SM Service Site, or Other.
