Remove the auto-apply WO notes to a Quote when created by a WO

This is an annoyance to remove when the notes from the WO are not directly relevant to the spin-off quote being created from the WO.

Instead of making them carry over automatically, can you make this an option for users in the SM Work Order to New Quote box? How about before the 'create new WO' checkbox you add a check box that reads "Copy WO Notes to new Quote" or something.
