If we could enter the filters and/or belts that were used for pm's on the Service Site area when the customer does not have a maintenance agreement and they don't want a maintenance agreement, but we do the pm's on a regular basis. That way the techs would know what filters and belts to purchase in order to do this work. Also what type of refrigerant the equipment takes.

Can't you do this in "SM Serviceable Items" form? They don't need a maintainance agreement. Add the details under "Parts" for the belts / filters that are used.
