    Hi there - could we have another look over this idea please? I cannot express how annoying it is that the WO Quote form and WO form are so dissimilar in so many ways. There are a number of functional features available on the SM WO form (rate override behaviours, summary section, consolidated attachments, etc. )that would be an easy fit here!!!

    This idea didn't migrate over with the actual suggestion when made years ago. 

    Basically, the idea is to incorporate ALL features you would need at the SM WO level into the SM Quote level. This would include (but not be limited to) the following:

    • Alternate Bill-To field at the scope sequence level
    • Serviceable item at the scope sequence level (info tab)
    • All default rate overrides to that setups applied to the SM Customer and/or Site are carried over to the Quote to ensure pricing is EXACTLY as it should be.
