For users on a mobile solution such as MSI Mobile, we created a custom email through MSI to show materials needed on PM work orders. The technicians are now receiving two emails, and would like the ability to turn off the Viewpoint email.
Some dispatchers don't want to receive the email that they receive when they Notify a work order on the Dispatch Board. Others want the email.
It would be nice to toggle both emails on or off at the SM Company Parameters level, or even the HQ Company level.
