Add an option to in the arrears setup when using a the Payback Per Pay Period and it is set up Use Payback Factor to have the Factor look at the actual arrears to calculate the deduction or the Deduction amount that is set up on the PRED table. Currently, if the deduction is set up for $100 and the factor is 10% it will always deduct $10. If the arrears keeps building, it will still only take the $10. I would like to see it look at the total arrears and deduct 10% of the total.
