ADD EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE EFT REMITTANCE REPRINT DOCUMENT

It would be helpful to have the email address that the remittance is being sent to actually print on the reprint page so that if the email becomes invalid and is rejected, we can easily figure out who the email address belongs to.  Many times, the extension on the email address is abbreviated such that we have to go through each report for that month and try to figure out which vendor we need to contact to confirm/update the contact email in the vendor record.
