Once an additional/alternate address has been used in a payment, it cannot be deleted. For franchised vendors this can make a pretty long list. For purposes of data maintenance and integration with invoice scanning services, the ability to inactivate unused addresses would be really helpful.

Kevin, I got with my IT folks and we have done that. Thanks! Still, it would be nice to have this systemically, so the inactives don't show up on dropdowns etc.

A work around in the meantime would be to add an Active custom field to the additional addresses. You could then customize the lookups to filter the address lookups to only active addresses. I'd be happy to show you at no charge the steps to get this working in a test environment if you are interested.
