Add WO to Error message in AP Batch Validation - AP posted to Open PO associated with a closed SM Work Order

Trying to post AP Batch error message - AP transactions entered on an Open PO associated with a closed SM Work Order.

Error: Batch failed to update successfully.- Work completed can't be added to a closed Work Order Scope!
Add Work Order/Work Order Scope to the error message.

Currently customer has to go through each Work Order in the batch to determine which work order scope is closed or we have to run SQL to determine what the work order/work order scope is.
