On April 2nd, all Suggestion Boxes will be migrating to The Network, Trimble's online user community. Your posts, votes, comments, and user accounts will transfer. This site will become read-only after the migration, and this banner will have a link to the new location for Vista suggestions.
Create an option to disable the update into HQMA of PREH getting an update from Timecard entry for last job worked and date. This is creating a massive amount of HQMA records that may not be useful at all.
How this situation negatively affects the customer - if using the HQ Audit Detail to look for changes to PREH, then using the binoculars to search for an employee number, the search stops on each instance of Last Updated, greatly increasing the amount of time & frustration for each search.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
