When entering an invoice in AP and you Initialize From PO, Viewpoint indicates if a PO is already in an existing batch but doesn't give the batch ID number or type of batch (AP Entry, PO Receipts, etc.). So you have no idea who to go to in order to get that batch closed so you can post your invoice.
