The current Aatrix configuration settings within Viewpoint subject all Vista users to having incorrect IRS filings
• Currently, only the Vista user who have initiated W-2 or 1099 filing is able to access the history and make necessary corrections. If that Vista user is on vacation or sick leave, corrections and re-filings must wait until user is back to work. Furthermore, If that user is no longer with the company, the history of W-2’s and 1099’s will disappear as soon as his access is disabled. Linking Aatrix processes to individual Vista user did so far put all Viewpoint users at risk of not being compliant with IRS.
• We strongly recommend not to save and/or tie Aatrix process to a Vista user. Aatrix process should be accessible to all Vista users who’s are granted security rights via VA User profile.
