Add drag and drop capability 'from' View Point

This will enable any user to quickly gather attachments from View Point and easily move them from one location or module (ie. AP --> SL) to the next by simply dragging and dropping into a common area instead of having to <open> and <save> each individual file. This capability would definitely be a time-saver.

  ABSOLUTELY.  So many times we have to open an attachment in Viewpoint, resave it to a temp location, then add it to an email or other drive.  Drag and drop would literally save HOURS for our company each week.......and we aren't even that big!
