The PDF file name includes the employee's gross pay. If the notification is delivered to office email, gross pay is clearly visible when the attachment file is showing, which is a breach of confidentiality. This would not be as big a problem if we could use the employee's personal email, but Keystyle's Timecard submission and approval notifications are sent to the employee's PERSONAL email address (from HRRM) rather than the REVIEWER address (from HQRV,) forcing us to use the employee's office email address as their personal address. (I'm creating a separate suggestion for the email address usage change.)
