When looking at my unapproved invoice list in Keystyle, we have many invoices that are entered to a job but the phase is unknown at the AP entry level. In the list view (before you select an invoice) the Job/Phase column is blank unless both the job and phase are entered on the invoice. You have to click all the way into edit to see what job it's for. Used to show the job even if the phase wasn't entered. This is huge as our guys work on multiple jobs.

I think the answer is yes. When you first log into the portal, then click on Approval/Invoice Review, the list appears with all the invoices for me to approve. There is a "Charge To" column that used to show the info that is entered so far. Now it only shows the job # if there is a job / phase / CT entered on the invoice header. If only the job is entered without a phase / CT, it is blank in this column. Problem is, most times our AP person knows the job but not the phase / CT so this column is blank. When you click on an invoice, it still doesn't show the job until you click "Edit". This is the first time you can see what job it's for. Our guys like to sort on the Charge To column so they can approve all the invoices for a specific job at a time. It used to show here with just the job entered, but at some point recently, it went away. If this isn't clear, please let me know. Thanks.

I would like to clarify this one. It sounds like the invoice headers are generated with the job details filled in. Is your request to show the job detail of the header on the grid if the line detail is not filled in? Also its so good to hear from you! Your comments are always welcomed and appreciated.
