Add ability to limit CM Clear Entries by posted batch month

We had a situation where, in reconciling May 2019, I found a deposit that was posted in a June 2019 batch but all transaction dates were May 2019. This led to CM Clear Entries allowing me to clear all necessary items, but the CM Account Statement report did not tie to the GL Trial Balance because one is ran by transaction date and the other by batch month. If we had the option to limit the CM Clear Entries screen with a "through batch month" option would have immediately shown me that I was off instead of having to search through 2 months of CM and GL data to find where my difference was.

    Alternatively, having conditional formatting in CM Clear Entries that designates when an item's transaction day and posted month are different would also be beneficial
