MS Ticket Entry - Add parameter to add by Location Group when in Add Ticket Screen

One of our operations companies is requesting an additional parameter to select by Location Group when adding tickets to a batch so that they can specify which of their subsidiaries tickets to add.  Otherwise they get a large number of unwanted tickets added to the batch as well
