There are times when you want to look at all cost for 1 contract item, ie 01, but there are multiple phase codes that begin with 01. This option was just taken away a couple of months ago and it limits the look up options. NOT A GOOD CHANGE. Now you have to look at each phase code within a contract item and add the cost manually to get total of all phase code items beginning with the same contract item.
Same goes with look up for cost types. You have to look at each phase code and cost type separately. You used to be able to put in a phase code and look at all cost types on same report. ie, 1-6
