Create Retainage Release Report

This would create a report that would give the retainage release detail by Contract Item. This could be run by bill or wide open, so you can see either the retainage release detail for a bill in a particular month, or project-to-date. I am picturing something that looks like the Grid in the JB Release Retainage module. You could add an option to the report parameters that would leave off Contract Items that do not have retention being released.

  This would be good. Right now I'm exporting the grid from Release Retainage to a PDF to send to the client's rep. Not the most professional presentation but it does the job.
