In Payroll, we need the capability of setting a liability limit for the 401K Matching in a Mult-Tiered 401K Employer Match Setup Merged

We currently have no way of setting an annual limit to the 401K Matching amounts in the Multi-Tiered 401K Employer Matching setup and this has led to the employer match amount exceeding the IRS allowed matching amount of 5% of $275,000 for the 2018 limits.  Example:  Employee is allowed a 401K deferral up to $19,000.00 and the 401K matching automatically occurs every time a deferral occurs, but the matching should ultimately max out at 5%  of that year's IRS Subject amount and it doesn't.

    Knowledge Base Article lists this as known issue #70833, but has been requested in suggestion box multiple times with different words.. is there a way to combine votes on these requests? VACCTG-1-122; VACCTG-1-174; VACCTG-1-691; VACCTG-1-1416
