We want to begin to track actual salaried hours so we know which tasks consume the most resources.
We currently used fixed rate template to post labor to projects so salary information does not appear in job cost.
Our problem is that when a salaried employee puts 45 hours in for one week - the job gets hit with 45 hours of cost per their fixed hourly rate. We do not want that for salaried employees - we would like the weekly/bi-weekly fixed rate salary to be distributed in the same manner that PR Salary Distribution does for the actual salary.
