Currently, sending printed communications to employees has to be done separately from payroll processing. The option to add them to the PR Pay Stub would save time and expense.

The 10 MB limit is a little constraining, but I'm definitely glad it's been added.

Gary, at present, a single/static file would be OK for us. I use mail merge if I need to personalise a document.
Start of will allowing files - all types, not just pdfs.Then move on to a 'Mail Merge' so we can have in the subject line e.g. "Pay Week Ending - [PREndDate]" so we don't need to always put in the date. I think you would need to be able to put fields from PRPC, PREH and HQCO (All fields for all tables). This will allow us to personally address each person. Though we would need to be able to view exceptions like if there was no last name.
I think the four most important fields are Name from HQCO, PREndDate from PRPC, LastName and FirstName from PREH.
Ideally custom fields would also be able to be put in.
At this point, I would start by enabling us to attach a single file like a PDF.
The ability to personalize the e-mail will be a nice to have for us.
Do you foresee the need to personalize the content (e.g. think mail merge), or this a single/static file distributed to everyone?

We e-mail the pay stubs to employees and would like the ability to add payroll stuffers to the e-mail. At the moment you can add text but in most cases we would like to add a pdf or rich format text.
Does it need to be printed, or would email and/or messaging via web portal meet the need?
