Add phase and cost type descriptions in the bottom 1/2 of the ap invoice entry screen -- the descriptive would enable ap to validate their entry without having to hover over the cell and/or do an f4 look up. This feature would be a tremendeous help for new hires and/or companies newly implementing viewpoint.
