Add an attachment icon that can be launched on the AP Unapproved reports and highlight items that were missed while entering invoices (e.g. ap reference, phase etc.)

This will benefit the reviewer of the report to quickly see items that are not complete , especially if it is a sizable amount of information reported. In addition, if the missing items were highlighted and if there is a capability to click on it...that will take you directly to >accounts payable>unapproved invoice entry and you can make the changes needed...I think that will be very helpful. This will in turn help an organization with adhering to the payment terms of the vendor(s), by quickly resolving the issue utilizing one report instead of going to multiple reports to resolve.

In conclusion, I think this will help one with time management (quicker response time) , by making the report information quickly accessible to other portion of accounts payable and definitely the ease of use.
