Certified payroll report liabilities and net check should reflect only job being reported.

NYC Construction certified payroll reports require liabilities and net checks relevant to the job being worked on, ONLY.  For an employee who may work part of the week on a certified job, Vista currently reports the ENTIRE paycheck liabilities and net. There should be a toggle to report calculations based ONLY upon the job hours being reported on the report.
