Select Posting Month at the end of the posting process instead of at the beginning of the entry process for all modules.

When entering invoices or creating payment workbatch toward the end of the month it is challenging to predict the posting month BEFORE the batch is completed.  It is also nice to be able to change a posting month for a specific transaction instead of having to delete the transaction and re-enter into another batch for a corrected posting month.
