Give users the ability to download one 1099 to upload to IRS website

We had a vendor who called and asked about their 1099 but unfortunately they had listed themselves as an S-corp on their w-9 which was incorrect so I had to print them out a 1099. I can print out a single 1099 but there is no way to download a single 1099 to upload to the IRS website. Therefore I am forced to do it by hand or re download the entire file which could cause issues with the IRS.
