Reduce UA Invoice Entry Error messages

Should you not have a reviewer, you get two error msg that you must close to continue. If the invoice details do not match the header, you get two error msg that you must close to continue. If you start a new line and attempt to click anywhere in the header you get 3 sets of 2 error messages that, wait for it... you must close to continue
