Fringe calculations for Davis Bacon/Certified projects should work off of both hourly based benefits and percentage % based benefits. Such as in the instance of union benefits where many are tied to a percentage of the wages. This works with normal craft/class/templates, why can't it be made to work on Davis Bacon calculations?
