error: Unable to print checks has nothing to do with the actual problem

In AP Payment Processing>Print checks, the customer was getting error:Unable to print checks but the checks print. Found the problem was with the attachment. The vendor name had (") quotes around it. It would helpful if the error message pointed you towards the attachment.
