Add unemployment Reporting Unit to employee file so it pre-fills during initialization process

Reporting Unit # field in PR Unemployment Process for Minnesota Unemployment filing has to be manually entered each quarter. Customers have been asking for this to pre-fill along with the other information from the PR Employees, for a dozen years. Latest customer is Kraus-Anderson. They have 450 employees to report on each quarter.

Quoting from the customer's email:
I know that we can manually input the Location Id, but for 450 employees every quarter it is a bit much. We have to manually look up every employee’s file to input this column. I can’t believe we are the only Viewpoint customer in Minnesota with this issue. Maybe we are the only Viewpoint customer with more than one location. Employee growth impacts this process and I think it should be something that is automatically populated from a field in the employee file.
