Direct Payments instead of Joint Checks

We do not often do Joint Check payments due to our Subcontract Default Insurance Program, rather we prefer to direct pay the second tier subcontractor.  It would be awesome to have the option to simply direct pay the second tier contractor instead of making a joint check payment.  Currently we have to seperate out every line item THEN change and overwrite the address.  If we have multiple direct pays on one pay app, this is a giant hassle
