VIA customer requests that HQ Compliance Codes allow new option to share the code (or not, i.e., YN) with the same Vendor if sharing the Vendor Group
ex: the user would select 'Y' for the W-9, but for the cert of insurance, 'N' because each APCo needs one.
Expected results:
Since you can share the Vendor Group, the Vendor setup information IE Compliance Codes should share also.
