Internally be able to bring up an employee in some sort of 'test' mode including all deductions (without having to manually type in) and be able to over-ride all amounts including withholding to 'net' to a specific amount or whatever we want in the system. Then be able to 'save' it to a payroll but up until then not mess with a payroll file.
