Currently, it appears the only way to get to the standard Case ID #, FIPS Code, Health Insurance check box, etc. is to enter a Vendor that is set up for EFT (?, just any vendor?). These standard fields should be made available whether a vendor is selected or not.
Related - the user should have the ability during PR AP Update to Select/Deselect which Vendors, which Vendor Transactions should be included in the resulting AP Transaction Entry batch
We will likely get around this with some uds, but when paying a lot of court-ordered deductions via a 3rd party by submitting a file (not an EFT payment file) to them, the AP impact should be a single wire transfer transaction possibly made in CM, not hundreds of individual entries each week resulting from the PR AP Update. Allowing the transactions that are NOT wanted in AP to be included in the AP Transaction Entry batch and then deleting them is not practical as there could be hundreds each week. Pushing them through AP, which what I suspect a lot of users do, is inefficient and doesn't adequately reflect the payment process/what happened.
We will get around this, but this would be a good change for future releases
