There are time when a project manager wants an individual's pay rate increased on a specific job. Currently, Payroll has to make a note of that request and manually change the pay rate. They could add a pay allowance to the job's craft class template but anyone with the same class as the employee would get the new pay rate.
It would be great if they could create pay allowances for individuals on a specific job. That way no other members of the employees class would get the allowance, the employee would not receive extra pay on other jobs, and Payroll, would not have to remember an exception - they could program it in Vista and move on.

When we first bought Viewpoint, that was a specific item we asked the salesman if Viewpoint could do. They of course said yes Viewpoint could do that. I latter learned that it couldn't without the database Module. We latter added that module and can now adjust rates by job or customer using a modified Crystal report for the timecard review.
