Setup a program so when you email a client who is setup in AR Clients that it automatically creates a credit note attaching the email. I have seen systems do this by giving each user a special email to BCC in the email to the client.

I would like to see credit notes have the ability to be attached to jobs AND clients because it would be more specialized and only pertaining to the job. We have multiple jobs with clients and some jobs have credit problems and some don't so I think it is messy in the client notes. I would like to see client credit notes still available for collections that are not job related for invoices such as service work. So in that case the email would be customernumber@vista.com or something like that. Also, there should be smart tags so that the attachments can go along with the email. so my suggestion for an email to bcc would be the jobnumber@vista .com or something like that so it would know where to attach it.
