In CM Oustanding Entries have a header record and then a detail section so the Amount can be spread to more than one GL account number.

It is useful for Online payments such as payments for W/C, Unemployment and Sales Tax where the amount accrued in Viewpoint is different from the payment.  Currently we make the payment entry in CM Outstanding Entries.  Then, since the accrual amount is always different from what we actually pay, we make an adjusting entry to that accrual account's balance through GL Journal Transaction Entry.

  Yes! Need the ability to spread a CM entry across multiple GL accounts.

  Agree.  Not having the ability to spread CM entries across multiple GL accounts creates duplicate work.  We have 15 to 20 CM entries per month that require journal entries to get the GL accounts correct.
