Currently the payroll system only allows a per hour liability set up to work in conjunction to the PW set up. We've had a 10% pension plan for many years. Because of it we can't use the shift functionality, nor the cash fringe calculation nor is it possible for the correct OT and DT rates to show on the employees' pay stub as required by CA Labor Law. With the change, our employees would know what their real OT and DT rates per hour were, their cash fringe could be stated in the right manner on their pay stub, and we would be able to use the shift functionality as it was designed instead of a manner in which it breaks major parts of the PW calculations. .
