Ability to change the customer and/or site on a SM Work Order

In the real world, mistakes are made and a wrong customer or site is chosen when the work order is set up.  Also, a customer may be billed and then the customer realizes that they failed to communicate the correct billing information such as the landlord is paying, or the tenant, or a GC instead of the end customer, etc.

    Or at the least, if the customer on SM Service sites is changed, update the Customer on the Work Order.

    We are running into this "inability to change site/customer" as well. Very frustrating.

    Really?  The only work around on this is to delete the work order and create a new one?  Parts have already been ordered for this work order number!!!
