Able to Kick Users out of SM Invoicing Batches in HQ Batch Control

When users get "Click Happy" and don't let the SM Invoice form load, and then re-click, it then gets them stuck in a batch sometimes. The only way to kick them out is by Rebooting the Viewpoint Server. This is EXTREMELY Inconvenient. It would be nice if it appeared in HQ Batch control, like other batches do, where we could then kick her out of the batch on our own
