Breaking down a complete name stored in one field (for dependents) is very difficult to code for, especially when there is a suffix (SR, JR) or a 4th name involved. This is a requirement for some benefit providers.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This also comes into play when setting up an employee that does not have an American naming convention. For example, many Latino employees routinely have 4 names - as do their dependents.
