Allow the retainage totals to be modified on a non-interfaced billing/invoice. We encountered this issue while entering beginning balances. There should be a permission to be able to change the retainage totals on a non-interfaced transaction.

Anyone new to the system would benefit by being able to have the retention totals be correct from the beginning balance.  I am currently unable to do this.  I had a session with support today and it was verified by support that this is not an option currently.
