AP Value Added Tax Report - have a summary report option (like AR Sales Tax Report)

We have to either (1) run individual reports for each tax code or (2) search through hundreds of pages of the monthly report,  to get the totals for each tax code.  This is not efficient when there can simply be a summarized option made available (like the AR Sales Tax Report).
