The AR notes database is cumbersome to use. We have several pages of notes that have accumulated over the years for some customers. To add a note one has to scroll down to the last note and the insert a new note. It would be much more efficient to fill it from the top and even to review it from the top then down as the newer entries would be at the top. Additionally, it would seem that when an invoice is paid in full the resolved box should be automatically checked as just a thoughtful house keeping and work saving design feature.
