This would be useful to allow companies to establish best practices around what batch month they want time-cards to be imported to, regardless of date worked. It is a few extra steps to fix an employee time-card for a pay period that stretches over two batch months and best practice should be one batch month per pay period. That in addition to running reports or queries by batch month wouldn't be as cumbersome.
