When entering an invoice in AP Transaction Entry to a SL, the line entry automatically prefills with the balance left on the SL to bill. It would be nice if it prefilled with the invoice amount if less than the remaining to be billed.

For example, if I enter an invoice for $5,000 to a SL that has $25,000 remaining to be billed, the line item entry automatically prefills with $25,000 - it would be nice if it did the $5,000.  I understand if the invoice were for $30,000 if it prefilled with the $25,000 and not the $30,000 though to prevent subcontractors from over-billing.
