When you clear a workfile, it should be FULLY clearing the workfile and making Zero Changes what-so-ever, including the discount date. Currently, a user with access to this form could go in, adjust ALL discounts to 0.00 or 100%, then clear the workfile, with these changes still saved, and no one would be able to know who did this change. There needs to be an Audit for this form. You should not be allowed to make changes to an AP Transaction without creating a batch or being audited. When I clear a workfile, I am clearing it fully, meaning NO CHANGES should be saved. At no point should the discount be able to be changed and saved when that transaction is not brought into some sort of batch
