Add in Form 940

Really would like to see Vista offer the Form 940 in PR reports, even if you cannot make it fillable it would be convenient to have access to the form within the software.

  The Federal 940 form is available as a standard report offered through PR Aatrix Report Selection - available with 6.15 and later releases.  No cost to view, edit or print.
