We have a problem with our purchasing agent who will create a PO for a vendor that should never have a PO, as they have labor on the job, and we may/may not need certified reporting depending on the client. If we can stop the agent at the vendor level, so that he cannot create a PO, it would greatly assist us with certified compliance.
